You may request deletion of your Kio Tutor account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens after your request is processed.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion:

Send an email from your registered email address to:
support@kiotutor.com -
Use the subject line:
Delete My Kio Tutor Account - In the email body, mention your registered email address.
We may contact you for identity verification before processing the request.
What data will be deleted
After successful verification, we will permanently delete or deactivate the following data associated with your account:
- Your user account (email-based login)
- Profile information and learning preferences
- Conversation history and practice activity linked to your account
- Associated account identifiers stored in our systems
After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account, and your personal data cannot be restored.
Please note that certain AI-generated learning content may be stored in a generalized and anonymized form for performance, educational, and system optimization purposes. Such content is not linked to your identity and cannot be used to identify you.
Data retention
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days after verification.
Certain records may be retained where required by applicable laws (for example, payment, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution obligations). These retained records are restricted and not used for marketing purposes.
