This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for Kio Tutor digital subscriptions and related services ("Services"). Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Digital Services
Kio Tutor provides access to digital content and subscription-based features. Upon successful payment, access to the purchased digital services is granted immediately. Digital products are intangible and cannot be returned once access has been activated.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the instant delivery and activation of digital subscription services,
all purchases are generally non-refundable.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
• Access to digital features begins immediately after successful payment.
• You are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchase.
• Refunds will not be issued simply because the service was not used.
3. Limited Refund Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above, we may review and approve refunds in the following limited cases:
• Duplicate payment for the same subscription/order.
• Payment successfully debited but subscription not activated due to a verified technical error.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent transaction confirmed after internal investigation.
• Billing error clearly attributable to our system.
Refund approval is at our reasonable discretion after verification.
4. Free Trial (If Applicable)
Where a free trial is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the service before purchasing. Once a paid subscription is activated (whether directly or after trial conversion), the general non-refundable policy applies.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways such as Razorpay.
We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing timelines typically range between 5–10 business days,
depending on your bank and payment provider.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us,
we reserve the right to temporarily suspend your account during investigation.
We may provide transaction logs, usage records, and activation timestamps
to payment processors to resolve disputes.
7. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current active subscription period.
8. Consumer Protection Compliance (India)
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes rights that cannot be limited under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where a refund is legally required under applicable law, we will process it accordingly.
9. How to Request Review
To request a refund review, contact us within 7 days of the transaction date:

• Registered email address
• Order ID / Payment ID
• Date of transaction
• Description of the issue
• Note: Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review, except where required by applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
